Welcome to the Account Generation Spreadsheet (AGS) Portal

The AGS Portal facilitates the management of Verifone Merchant Accounts, incorporating the automatic validation and import of account data and the facility to export the latest account data from the live database in spreadsheet format. The following options are available.

Prior to importing the AGS Spreadsheet, you must upload the file to the Web Server, (to make it available for import).

Once you have uploaded the spreadsheet file, choose the IMPORT option to import details of new – or changes to existing - Merchant Accounts. Subject to validation checks, the Verifone database will be updated with the Merchant data. If there are any errors, these will be emailed to you for resolution.

Using this option, you can export all or selected Merchant Accounts from the live database into an excel file. This is useful for providing an up to date view of the Merchant profile for either internal or Merchant use.

Once you have exported the required data, choose this option to download the excel file to a local drive. You can then email the file to the Merchant if required.
